In order for your business or personal acts to be valid in the territory of Bulgaria all of the paperwork listed above (see Translation Section) and more should be duly translated by legally certified translators.

Please note that for a document to be legally binding in this country some public authorities may require that it arrives with a certification called APOSTILLE. This certification is usually affixed in your country of origin by the relevant competent authority.

Thus only a document arriving from a signatory country to the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement for Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents is therefore exempt from further certification procedures.
